Frequently asked questions
Q. Where would I report to work?
A. You work from home.
a) If you are the team manager you will arrange to pick up your team member each morning, as the you will be receiving the car expenses/over-ride commission. (see expenses in the job prospectus)
b) If you aren’t the driver you will liaise with your team manager and should be ready at the agreed pick-up time.
Q. When do I get paid?
A. Your pay is paid directly into your bank account on Friday for the preceding week. See ‘Pay day’ in the job prospectus.
Q. What about tax and national insurance?
A. You are your own boss, making sure yourself, that you get out to work on time and work hard to meet your own personal targets. The job is therefore self employed. During training we set you up with a very simple accounting system for tax and N.I. purposes and offer on-going help and advise if required.
Q. Do I have to buy my own Super Hero outfit, display board, tally counter clicker and bum bags?
A. No these are supplied by the company, but they will remain the property of the company and you will be responsible for them. If they were lost or stolen the cost would be deducted from money due to you.
Q. How do I get new stock to replace stock sold.
A. On-going stock is mailed to the team manager
